i have completed my 10th and 12th before formation of telangana state .....at that time it was andhrapradesh...soo i marked andhrapradesh as an option for state of completion...is it correct?? please help sir

You haven't mentioned the exam you are enquiring about. But yes you can mark Andhra Pradesh as the State you completed your education. You will have to select AP State Board and Intermediate Board because Telangana State Board and Telangana Intermediate Board were formed after the bifurcation. So it will be incorrect to select Telangana Boards even before their formation.

This is still correct. You can select AP as the State of completion of 10th and 12th.
