Yes ,you can start your carer from the 11th in science stream after completion your  12th from commerce in the basis of 10th result you can join any college , if you full fill the basic criteria like minimum percentage, cutoff marks etcc.. but as per my suggest it is a wrong decision because you had completely waste your 2 years time dur to re admission in 11th and as per my experience if you will join Btech after complete your 12th then you will face some of problem at thee time of placement but it is not big issue .

But as per conclusion you will take admission in 11th after completion your 12th .
