Dear Abhishek, 

The gap will not affect your eligibility of NEET. Candidates with a gap year are eligible to appear for NEET 2019 as long as they qualify all other eligibility requirements. The condition of two years of continuous study was removed by Delhi High Court which made candidates with gap years eligible for NEET.
