I hope you are doing fine, Since you mentioned that you just passed 12th and currently you are in your first years of your college so I would suggest you to complete your graduation first and then look for a job opportunity. And when you complete some internships then you can apply for a job. After completing some Internships you would be able to handle situations and tackle problems.
