I have completed my BSC computer science 2018 I got 19148 rank tsicet but I have failed in 3 subjects .Is that I am eligible to do MCA now

No dear,you are not eligible for mca becuz without passing your bsc degree you are not eligible for any master degree course...don't you worry give exams of this 3 subjects and in this period prepare well for mca entrance...best of luck
