Yes , you are eligible for appearing in NEET 2021 examination even if you have completed BSc nursing

This is because,

There is no rule which says that if you have completed bsc nursing or any other graduation you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for neet what all one needs is :

* to must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

-) at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

-) at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general/ews pwd candidates to be eligible.

So if you fulfill this percentage requirement criteria as per your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination ,even if you have completed bsc nursing and after qualifying Neet examination you can get admission in medical colleges for MBBS etc on the basis of rank or marks obtained by you in NEET

Also,
there is no upper age limit for Neet examination

You should choose code 2

This is because,
Though you have completed bsc nursing, your highest qualification with physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2 so you should choose code 2 as :-
it is for all those who have already passed 12th with physics chemistry and Biology and  are either not pursuing graduation or pursuing but doesn't have physics chemistry biology in their graduation.
