Hello aspirant I am here for helping you .
To be eligible for UPSC exam a candidate must have completed his or her bachelor degree/he or she must have given final year exams and is awaiting for result.
another factor which plays in main role in Delhi bility criteria of UPSC age factor.

For general category the maximum age is 32.
For OBC category the maximum age is 35
For SC/ST category the maximum age is 37
For PWD category the maximum age is 42.

now you see are you satisfying these eligibility criteria if yes then you will be eligible for UPSC exam.
