You can appear for XAT as there is no bar on graduation marks. The cut-offs for getting call for second round of XLRI BM and HRM programs are 96 and 94 percentile respectively. Besides you should also clear the sectional cut-off as well.

according to us, you have two options :
first option is you can repeat your year for increase your percentage 

second option you can go for XAT entrance exam . 

if you choose 1st option so i will suggest you that only choose this option when you think that you will clear the CAT entrance exam with good score and get admission in top B-school . 

so think twice before choose any option.
