Hello aspirant,
As per your query you have completed masters So yes you are eligible for doing Phd.

The minimum educational qualifications required to apply for admission to the Ph.D programme are as follows:
Masters degree in Sciences/Engineering/Technology/Management/Social Sciences/Commerce with a good academic record
