As per your query you have completed masters So yes you are eligible for doing Phd.
  • The minimum educational qualifications required to apply for admission to the Ph.D programme are as follows:
  • Masters degree in Sciences/Engineering/Technology/Management/Social Sciences/Commerce with a good academic record
