Since the authorities have removed all the upper age limits for NEET applications, so al those who are minimum 17 years of age can apply for NEET  if they fullfill other eligibility criterias.
The candidate must have qualified  class 12th examination with minimum 50% with subjects physics, chemistry and biology.
So if you fullfill the required eligibility then yes you can apply for NEET
But please be informed that the application process for NEET has already ended so you can not apply for NEET 2019.

I understand that you are planning to study further in the field of Medicine, and has completed the PUC in 2015.

But the only way you can apply for the NEET is if you have filled the application form, whose last date was December 2018.

if you have filled the form then you can easily apply for the NEET 2019, this year.

It would be a pretty good opportunity for you.
