Please give it a working 7 days time. Any payment that has been taken from your account twice will be debited back tonthe source within 7 business days. Keep the details of your transaction for any future reference. Keep an eye on your account to check if the payment has been credited to your account or not. Say after 7 business days, if the payment hasnt been credited into your account, please check with your bank the status of this transaction and then you can reach out to the helpdesk. But it should be sorted out within 7 business days.
