Yes if you have studied all three subjects, even if they are your additional ones, you can appear for JEE. However, you are required to score well, i.e. be in the top 20 percentile to be eligible for admission. Also JEE requires very strong understanding of concepts and a complete dedication to Physics, Chemistry and Maths since it's quite difficult to crack. If you can manage time well, it can be possible.
