As you want to do Pharma course you need to do your 12th with PCB, for that you can join any open schooling and one of the best is NIOS.

To your query, if you complete your NIOS there will be No effect on your B.Com. Degree certificate. But remember that you have acquired two certificate of 12th one is from commerce and other is of science (NIOS). So you have to produce both the marksheet whenever asked for.
