I have done completed my 10th and after that i have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering so can i now give exam for NCHMCTJEE? Or I have to do 12th for it?

Sorry to say but according to the eligibility criteria for the  nchmct jee ...you are not eligible as it is mentioned that a candidate must have passed 10 + 2 aur and equivalent exam...
It is mentioned that candidate who appear in 10 + 2 or any other equivalent exam are eligible to appear in on the provisional basis..
