Yes you are eligible for neet if you passed 12 th from nios also provided you meet the following eligibility criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology and English as subjects.

Class 12 appearing students can also apply.

Candidates must have completed 17 years

Also with a aggregate of 50% marks in the equivalent examination. There is relaxation for certain categories.
