Hi, Sarvesh,

Thanks for asking, Yes you are eligible for 3year LLB. Read the eligibility criteria here.

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2018 – Minimum Qualification for three year law programme (LLB)

  • The candidates who wish seek admission in LLB programme need to have a graduation degree issued by any university or college recognised by UGC and following a 10+2+3 education pattern.

  • Candidates need secure minimum of 45 per cent in the aggregate of the subjects, and 40 per cent for those belonging to SC/ST categories of the Maharashtra state.

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2018 – Age bar

According to Bar Council of India’s revised age bar policy, there is no age bar for the law aspirants appearing in MH CET Law 2018.

MH CET Law 2018 Eligibility Criteria – Other important information

  • The law aspirants who have obtained 10+2 through Open School/Universities system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible for MH CET Law 2018.

  • The law aspirants appearing in the final year examination will be considered eligible for the three-year LLB programmes. They can appear in the law entrance examination. However, this should also be noted that their admission will be provisional and shall be offered only if they submit the LL.B certificate with securing more than the specified minimum marks.

Hi Sarvesh,First of all sorry, I read your question wrongly. Now answering to your actual question I would say,No, there is no such direct admissions if you are opting for colleges in Maharashtra. Some private colleges of bad rating are offering direct admissions but I will suggest you not to join them. Almost every good college is associated with MH CET law entrance exam. Also If you are residing in Maharashtra then only you will easily get direct admissions otherwise only 10% or 15% seats are available for students outside Maharashtra. Hope this helps you.Good Luck!
