You are eligible for clat entrance after msc

Clat eligibility is only 12th marks

But you will be doing a 5 year llb course

So instead of clat there are other exams and du llb and llb exams of states which offer 3 years llb program which can be done after the graduation.

It will be more suitable for yoh if you are planing for taking llb and has a msc.
