I would like to tell you that a candidate will be able too get admission under Delhi quota if he is a resident of Delhi, i.e , he should be having Delhi's address in his identification documents and a candidate should have passed his 12th standard from a Delhi school.

If he/she meets both the requirements, then the candidate is eligible to get Delhi quota.

Since, you live in Faridabad, so your identification documents must be having Haryana as your state of residency. So you will not be eligible to get a seat in VMMC through Delhi quota.
