As per the eligibility criteria for 85% quota the student needs to study both the secondary level and higher secondary level from state of Delhi. If you satisfy this you are eligible for the quota.

As you haven't mentioned your class 10 place of study, if you did it from some place else then you aren't eligible. If you have done 10 in Delhi and now doing 10+2 from Delhi then technically you are eligible.
