Hello,

If you are looking for transition in your career you need to know what you wanted to and what skills and capabilities you have.Management and designing field are entirely different, you need to ensure that you have set of skills required to start your career in designing. You need to be creative, must posses analytical skills, logical thinking and good communication skills. Now, there are classification in designing like graphic designing, interior designing, engineering designing etc.You need different set of skills for each category of designing. And now if you are looking for short term courses there are diploma courses available and there are degrees available. It depends on how much time you can give it to make a career, your qualification etc.
