I want to study mba in hotel management and want to work as a food and beverage manager. So my question is should I go for BMS(Bachelor in Management Studies) OR BHM (Bachelor in Hotel Management)

I would advise you to directly pursue BHM. You may later take up a Job getting a strong work experience followed by MBA in General Management or Hotel, Hospitality and related Specializations. Incase you'd be interested in areas like Sales, Finance and Marketing, BMS could be a Good Option.
