You can surely persue BBA even if you have completed your schooling from science stream.Many students do this.At the time when one chooses the stream in school its not necessary that he/she might be knowing what they want in future. If now you want to do BBA, then its good. Yes you can pursue B.B.A. i.e. Bachelor of Business Administration and this course is offered by many colleges and universities including University Of Delhi. The admission in BBA in DU is entrance based and you can apply for this course through DU JAT i.e. Delhi University Joint Admission Test and BBA is offered by only one college is DU which is among the top 5 and gives a opportunity for placement right after your graduation. B.B.A. here is offered in Finance. 

Eligibility is you should have 60% in class 12 with mathematics.
