I have completed my b.sc from IIS University with 45% overall. Now i want to persue mba in event management, am i eligible?

no you arenot eligible because minimum percentage criteria is 50% but you try in private colleges .

All the Management Colleges which provide MBA or PGDM have their minimum eligibility criteria as 50% in graduation . So , in that case you are not eligible for this. You can choose any other option such as doing M.SC for higher studies.
