If you persue PGDM now, there will be gap Of 7 years. Some good colleges do not give admission to the candidates with gap in education. But you will get some average colleges but there also you have to justify why you dropped out and what did you do in last 7 years.

I would suggest you to give CAT, Mat and try to score very good score. On the basis of these score, you will get admission.
