hey,

you need to contact the certifying authority relating your problem. if it can possible to re issue another certificate with the corrected details.MCI eligibility certificate is issued by medical counselling of india, it is a legal proof given by the MCI, that the Medical University which the student attends to study MBBS abroad is authorized by the Medical Council of India.
