E.W.S of Gujarat State is also valid for A.I.Q Counseling of M.B.B.S also as when you apply for the E.W.S Quota then it will be applicable while M.C.C Counseling and when you apply for the Gujarat State Medical Counseling also it's applicable the rules are same for the center and the state boards counseling.

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have made EWS certificate from gujrat, i would like to say that there is as such no difference between the EWS certificate of gujrat and the central and this certificate has to issue from the state which you are residing and so it is absolutely valid for aiq counselling.
