I have domicile certificate made in 2017 does it valid till 2020 for admission in MBBS in Gujarat state?

Any domicile certificate which is issued by a competent authority will be valid only for six months.

Therefore, you must try to make sure that the certificate is issued well under six months time to avoid any issues.
