Yes with a Power of -1.5, you are fit for all sorts of courses be it Engineering to Commerce and Science to Arts. However, your Power may become an issue, in case you are targeting NDA/Air Force/Flying Schools, etc. Usually, -1.5 is a Normal Power as long as you do not have any other Vision Defects like Colour Blindness etc.
