There might be some technical glitch for which the page might have not got updated. Check for today. If you are getting the same page then visit the help desk of the organizing body asking to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Don't delay it. Just give a time for 1 day. Ask them to mail your the documents through your registered mail claiming you have successfully submitted the admission form and fee is payed.

Keep those documents safely. Make sure that these documents are safe as it will be required in near future.
