There is no way of correcting your academic  details in jee advanced form. Or you should probably contact jee mains/advanced organisers. But i think it won't cause much issue , as candidate should give right names, dob, and his personal details which is matched with your 12th certificate at the time of councelling.

Still you should try and contact the organisers ormail them. if there is a solution they will definetly say.
