Yes, definitely, you can appear for the Jee Main April Session. If you haven't appeared for the January Session, it doesn't mean that you can't appear for the April Session. Application form for Jee Main April session 2020 has released today i.e. February 7, 2020 while the last date to apply is March 6, 2020.
