Same course in two separate application forms and appear for Central University entrance test is possible if the time and exam schedule permits it or donot mismatch with the time.table of the CUET exam schedule. For any mistakes and problem which you want to  correct you can apply in a fresh form of central University entrance test for a fresh application with without mistake. If You want to add the name of more colleges in your application and for this you nay apply again in any fresh application form of CUET, then it is possible to apply again for the addition of more colleges in that new application form  of CUET.
