the fact that you were pursuing your BSc does not affect your neet eligibility criteria but since the dates for the last application of 2019 already over on 7 December 2018 so you will no longer be able to apply for the neet 2019 examination
However AIIMS entrance examinations are open and the forms will be available till 3rd January 2019 and the jipmer examination registration will start on 6th march 2019

The application form filling - registration for NEET 2019 is closed. The last date was 7th of December.
So now nothing can be done. Your can prepare nicely for one more year and appear in NEET 2020.

However if you want admission in medical this year then there are 2 other entrance exams i.e AIIMS and JIPMER.

For AIIMS the registration has already started from 30th Nov and is till 3rd January 2019.
Whereas for JIPMER, the registrations will start from 6th March 2019.

Application for NEET UG has been closed near it was hurting number the last date for the application but it was extended  to 7 December by the supreme Court of India but the extentened date has also that also has closed and you cannot not register for NEET UG.
