Don't worry for this small issue because you can retrieve both of them from your registered e-mail Id. What you have to do is just go to your mail box of that e-mail Id which you gave at the time of registration and you can get your login ID from their and for password you have to click on the forgot password option and from there you will be able to reset the password.
