Hey!

maybe your college fees for all 4 (or 3) yrs is 2.34 lakhs.

while 13,500 is the money given by the freeship only to pay the tuition fee. that will be per semester. freeship is only for tuition fee. if your college charges more amount to you, then you have to pay it. freeship doesnt bear that money
