Hey
You are expecting a decent score. I think you might get govt medical college only through state quota. All india quota cut off is generally high. We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. As per previous year cut off you can get following colleges
  • GSVM Kanpur
  • Sarojini naidu medical College
  • Motilal Nehru medical College
  • Lala Lajpat Rai memorial medical College
  • Maharani Lakshmi bai medical College, etc
We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
Here is a link which has all govt medical college of u.p with their previous year cut off. I hope this might help you.

Hii
As we all know that the cut-off marks for utter Pradesh is generally on higher side as compared to other states so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then your chances of getting a seat in government medical College is slim but you will definitely get a seat in private medical Colleges.
Click on the below link for getting a proper idea that which college you will get

Hello student,
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 564, even if it is general, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of minimum 492 was required to fetch one a seat in the U. P. Rural institute of medical sciences and research centre in General category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
