IIT kgp microwave is better if you are interested in research.

IIT Dhanbad placement statistics is not good for electronics people

There are very less chance of getting VLSI in IIT KGP.

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-

IIT Kharagpur RF and Microwave Engineering

IIT Kharagpur Telecommunication Systems Engineering

IIT Kharagpur Wireless Communications and Networks
