Yes you eligible to get admission in NITs or IIITs or IITs if you have aggregate 75% marks in class 12th board exams.

Hey Cooky,

Congratulations on qualifying IIT-JEE assuming you had qualified. So If You Have Qualified 75 percent Criteria then there is no Need To satisfy top 20 percentile. Both of them are options that you need to satisfy One of them To be eligible for admission in NITs,IITs and GFTIs.
