As the Joint Admission Counselling Committee, Delhi allocates seats in the respective four pioneering technological universities, purely based on the JEE Mains 2019 rank, there's no way for you to apply for JAC, Delhi with your OBC certificate. However, you can apply in the general category as you have given your JEE in the general category itself.

If you are a Delhi local, you may acquire seat even in the general category too as 85% of the total seats are reserved for the Delhi locals only.
