 104 marks are enough to fetch you a medical seat of bams if you have an obc quota, but you will not get the seat in first round , you may get it in the second round or the last round of counselling.

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get a seat in government bams college as your marks are quite low but you can try for management quota seats in private bams colleges.i hope this information helps you.
