You got a bit wel marks bu you cant get admission for CSE and IT with these marks and you can get ECE,EEE, Mech,Civil in the both colleges i.e chennai and vellore.

No there no other way for attending councelling you need go to the allocated place only

The councelling fee is added for fee if you join or else its non refundable
