Hi,
As it is a very low score it is too hard to get a CSE branch in MIT. But you may try for civil, chemical and even biotechnology. You need a rank around the 2000s to get CSE in MIT. As other considerations apply try for it until the last counselling. May this year the closing ranks are in favour.
Better try for other colleges if not interested in other branches other than CSE.
