Well I nowhere stand about college knowledge,
But I suggest you to opt for bangalore if you are interested in computer science or IT branch after all bengalore is called silicon valley of india....
If you are a domicile of west bengal then I suggest you to opt for wbjee because there is huge reservation for west bengal students,if not then wbjee is in vain...
