According to yoour rank, I can say that you can easily get admission into Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for women.
Now coming to selecting the best branch, I can say that you can easily get branches like Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering in round 1 or 2 itself, but if you want better branches like CSE or ECE etc, then you have to wait for further rounds.
I am pretty sure that if you wait for further rounds patiently and don't take decision in hurry, then you can get the best branch college can offer.
