Yes you will get a college for sure in UPTU as in UPTU/AKTU seats are way more then the no. Of applicants. At 18K you can get some good private colleges in Delhi-NCR as well as Lucknow and Allahabad (prayagraj). Some Top Private Colleges in AKTU are

According to your rank it is very difficult that you will get any government college .But you will definitely get good private college with fee waiver scheme.
With fee waiver scheme you have to pay only tution fees.
