Since  you have-not mentioned your category so it is very difficult for me to answer whether u will get mbbs or not
But then also if you belong to general & obc you will not get any mbbs college 
And if you belong to sc & St you may think of getting mbbs but that too also with difficulty
And let's  wait for cut off score ....
