Hi Manjunath,
Since Ayurveda is a new inclusion into NEET through the Ayush scheme, not much is known about the exact cut-offs. But then with your marks that is 230/720 in NEET 2019, and a SC reservation your category rank will be 26,000-28,000 which as I am sorry to say won't be enough for courses related to NEET through merit.
