I really feel bad for your situation and I am not going to give you false hopes. So by your CAT score you may find it difficult to get any calls from the good or average B-Schools. Same is the result with your XAT. However, there is nothing to lose hope. There are few options which you can avail as of now:
Now it’s your call which one to go for. Though there are several colleges which accept low scores but that will a total waste of money unless you are going solely to earn your MBA degree and not placements. If you want to get placed in a good company at the end of the 2 years, then you should one of the two options above.

see as for your cat or xat score you can not get any tier 1 and tier 2 colleges, however you may go for tier 3 colleges where direct admission available, however this colleges has no placement , number of student strength is less, less number of experienced faculty, after completing mba students dont get good placement and becomes job less, so think wisely before you join any college.
