Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 272 and you fall under sc category. Now, being honest!!!! Your marks are too less to secure a seat in any of the government medical colleges or private medical colleges. You might have scored at least 500+ to get admission in government medical colleges and 450+ to get a good private medical college. With these marks you won't be able to even secure a seat under 85% home state quota.
Looking previous year's cutoff trend your marks don't stand anywhere to get a seat.
Therfore, with 272 your chances to get a medical college is almost negligible.
