Hi Varshini,

SC category candidates need to score the 40th percentile to qualify the NEET exam. Last year, the qualifying score for the category was 107. It’s likely to be a bit more this year. So, at the score of 281, you are most likely to qualify the exam but getting a seat in a well-established medical college is a bit questionable. Although there are colleges which accept low scores, I request you check the course fee, placements, infrastructure and talk to alumni if possible before applying to any college.
